Unique Headshots - Albany, NY Photographer
When this nice guy emailed me inquiring about pictures - I was instantly excited about doing “non-traditional” headshots! Shocker for me hu? I understand that a buisness card photo may be too distracting with an outdoor background — but it’s so much nicer to look at than a backdrop! I’m not sure that these will go on a buis. card - maybe more flier type literature. I love them - I think he looks confident, friendly, and the picture would def. make me stop and look to see what this guy is all about! Ok - so maybe I’m a bit biased - LOL! The two of them were adorable, and funny! Easy going = great pictures! Can’t wait to load your gallery D! And for your to see the ones of Spencer (a very cool Black Lab) and C!
Enjoy your sneak peak

Year After Year - A Great Family: Albany, NY Photographer
I love when I get to see a family again - to reconnect with them - to see how the little ones have grown. I was honored to attend a 75th Birthday Party for a family that I’ve been able to photograph for the past few years. Usually, it’s been just the immediate family - but this year given the celebration of “Grandpa” - cousins, siblings, Aunts and Uncles were in town! It was wonderful to watch their interaction - to see the joyful smiles, and loving embrasses — truely enjoying being in one another’s company. I can’t wait for all of them to see the full gallery!

Newborn Sweetness - Albany, NY Photographer

I had the honor of photographing this little sweetheart — isn’t she just gorgeous? My children aren’t that old yet, but it still amazes me how quickly you forget how tiny they really are when they make their way into this world. To say she was the perfect baby - doesn’t seem to accurately describe how easy she made it to photograph her! Slept quietly as we moved her around, changed and undress her. The only peep she made was when she got hungry, and right back to sleep she went. Anyone that’s had a child will tell you how tired you are in the beginning. Sometimes it’s hard for parents to get their heads around scheduling a newborn session so early. However, this is exactly why you want to do it within the first 2 weeks of their birth. THEY SLEEP! Any time families have waited - the baby is always more fussy - and the session is never as relaxed as this was. So a tip to tuck away — mentally plan that you will do them shortly after the birth —- I promise…you won’t be sorry!
