A few months back – I created a casting call for a Wedding themed – stylized shoot. The whole idea came from a casual conversation with Niskayuna, NY local florist Karen Spendido of Splendid Stems. Karen had hired me to shoot her professional headshots. Well we hit it off right away – and the wheels started turning as to how we may be able to work together on a collaborative project That put the ball in motion – and idea after idea kept coming to me. I’m thrilled to say that the following local companies are going to be involved!!!

Casting call details for a “Bride” and “Groom” went out – and I’m thrilled to say we’ll be working with two wonderful people… who without a doubt will look incredible together! Erica and I met with our female model, Stephanie, to try on dresses at Angela’s Bridal – instant chemistry! We decided to do a Bridal Boudoir shoot as well. Of course we shot this at the gorgeous Bed and Breakfast – The Morgan State House in Albany, NY – my favorite location for boudoir! To say it went well….. total understatement! Erica was spot on with her makeup and hair as always. Once the veil hit Stephanie’s head… our jaws just dropped – gorgeous bride!!!!!!!!!!!!! So not only did this shoot give us the chance to work together before our big wedding shoot in September – it resulted in stunning boudoir images. Boudoir makes such a perfect gift for a Groom! I’ve had many clients who have done a session for their wedding gift – and a bunch who have come to me for a first anniversary gift. And yes, as you can imagine — the fellas who received these intimate gifts were thrilled!
